Tart Cherry Ultra 5X Concentrate, 16 fl oz (473 ml)

This is an excellent concentrate with no additives. It is very thick and syrupy but not at all sweet. On the contrary, it is incredibly sour, with a distinct but not overpowering cherry flavour. I usually take a 15ml serving stirred into sparkling water, but I have also drizzled it over yogurt. I originally purchased it after reading that it might help improve sleep quality. However, the directions on the bottle say to take one serving with at least 250ml (8oz) liquid, so I avoid taking it right before bedtime. The sturdy glass bottle is also a plus.

This Cherry concentrate is pretty decent for the price. The taste is very pleasant, a little sweeter than some others I’ve tried. My favorite is Purium’s Apothecherry, however this is close in quality for the price. I wish it was a bit thicker and more syrupy like Purium’s. I take it before bed for sleep and overall hormone health.

I mix it with water or sparkling water.The taste is wonderful !I am glad that the product is pure quality, and the ingredient without added sugar and palm oil and harmful seed oil content in it is what I have been looking for.. Many of the store bought products are so unhealthy and harm health .I am so glad to find iherb, and I already recommended so many people to find healthy products from the website. I feel so surprised that many of them haven't heard this website before .

Organic, good deal (after discount), a concentrate to add into my smoothies or just with water before sleep. Don’t have to worry about finishing organic 1 litre bottles of tart cherry juice within 2-3 days. This lets me get all the flavour and benefits without running through bottles of the stuff, which can be costly. Good buy

I saw on TV some time ago that Tart Cherry helps you sleep due to the fact it is a natural source of Melatonin so i've decided to gamble with this product and i was positively suprised that the product did exactly what i expected to (even though it was a bit pricy) the composition is literally just tart cherry juice and a bit of citric acid for preservation, no added sugar no fillers... quality ingredients taste-wise it is sour but not the bad kind, like cherry sour and i'd recommend you mix it with Soda-water and maybe a bit of stevia.

This is a great addition to my smoothie, and we have added it to tea as well. Honestly, I am not sure if it helps with sleep, but I enjoy it anyway.
