It’s a bottle of potassium citrate. It looks to be good quality because it’s light, fluffy granules as it should be. Packaging is a bit difficult though and keeping the contents from clumping has been really difficult.

I regularly add it into my water (about quarter of a teaspoon to a bottle of water), together with my electrolytes, when I need extra hydration (like after drinking alcohol or coffee). It tastes a bit salty but not too much. Great essential mineral for the body. The size is also great - lasts for months!
