These gels are small and highly concentrated. Super easy swallow and there is no fishy after taste. They come in a dark brown glass bottle so it protects the gels from light. With 2 minis per day you will cover what you need in terms of EPA/DHA. Hereby you will keep your brain sharp, protect the heart and lower the cholesterol.
I don't take fish oil supplements all the time but I find my body really craves them in winter. When I start feeling 'creaky' in my joints or too stiff, I know I need some fish oil. Omega 3's are super important for teeth, bones, joints and overal flexibility, they are also anti-inflammatory. I read a study where pregnant women took a good DHA/EPA (fish oil) supplement while others didn't. The ones who took the fish oil supplement had children with much higher IQ. Our brains love fish oil, too! While these mini capsules are not very high potency, they are fairly cheap and handy to have. I like that they come in an amber-coloured glass bottle and have pure ingredients.
The quality is really good and and doesn't have fish smell a lot , the packaging bottle is very good and dark , to me its the best omega product i tries because its light on the stomach and easy to swallow and no after taste
This product is very high quality, and is well tolerated without side effects. The small capsule size allows me to break up dosage if desired, so that I have the option of taking it either QD or BID. This is the best fish oil product that I have found and I have tried most of the high end brands.
High-quality omega 3s in small softgels that go down easily with no fishy aftertaste. You can tell it’s a pure product - clean oil and great transparency about sourcing. Noticeable boost in mood and joint comfort. Packaging is compact and secure.
My wife has trouble swallowing large capsules, which are typical with fish oil supplements. These minis are the perfect size and she has no issue with them at all.
This product is great. The pills are small enough not to swallow and it’s a good way to get the fish oil you need.
Super product, I will definitely order it again, I recommend it to everyone, the packaging is of high quality, and the ingredients are excellent. Fast delivery, everything arrived in good condition and was well packaged !!!
