I loved it. After I purchased it, I noticed my brother had gotten one too! My recommendation is when you take omega 3 (DHA-DPA-EPA), try to get omega 6-7-9 which they can be found in borage, flaxseed and evening primrose oil.
This is the highest quality Omega-3 product I’ve tried. Been using it for 4 years now, one cap a day after breakfast, mainly for heart health as per my doctor recommendation. No aftertaste or side effects for me, unlike many fish products on the market. A good balance of EPA + DHA.

Great quality omega , I usually don’t take omega extra since fish has a chance of containing toxins such as mercury. But this one is really really good quality
