even though these are primarily made for kids, they are also good for adults. i'm in my 50s, and i love these bars. they are so much healthier than many of the similar kinds of lower-quality bars out there. they have lots of fiber, some protein, low in sugar, and all whole grains. i also like that they are non-gmo and don't have anything artificial in the ingredients. they taste really good---sweet but not overly. the texture is soft and chewy. great as a snack or part of a breakfast.

I’m not as obsessed with the flavor of these as I am with some others—they’re just okay—but the ingredient list is what really sells me. It’s hard to beat a snack that uses organic whole grains and real veggies without leaning on the usual refined sugars and synthetic fillers.

Nice chewy texture as I thought oat would be rough and dry. The banana and carrot taste doesn't quite work for me but it not unpleasant though. Found the size of the bar very small for adults compared to other energy bars I've tried. Quite pricy in comparison; size and weight.

it tastes so good. the ingredients are amazing and the quality as well. great fiber source and the protein is so good for something so little and gut friendly. the size is perfect for taking it on the way with you. one of the best toddler bars ive ever had. i’ll definitely buy it again.
