Great aminos with electrolytes complex
Great complex, the effects are noticeable quite quickly, no fatigue in muscles, better endurance, no cramps, better recovery after workouts. Tried different tastes, they are quite sweet but all good. Top quality supplement for active sports where you wash out a lot of minerals while sweating.
