Basically, a healthier version of peanut butter. Tastes great. I have this daily with a cut up banana, walnuts, ceylon cinnamon and blueberries. Makes for a delicious healthy small meal!
I really like this sesame paste. You can include it in a variety of recipes. Most often I use it as a salad dressing, as a snack along with vegetables, a greasy on the fruit and add to porridge/desserts. The ingredients are good because it only contains sesame and nothing else. The taste is slightly bitter.
It’s great to make vegan salad dressing. Lemon, nutritional yeast and tahini. Such a keto salad topper. Living in Japan I miss green flavors and these are so good. I make “fat salads” with healthy fats like olives and avocado, pumpkin seeds and organic olive oil. Sometimes sardines but I got kind of sick of them haha.
The nutty taste that some have is less strong here, since it's raw instead of roasted. But it's nice and creamy, so just whatever your preference is on that. Simple ingredients, no extras. Unclear where seeds are sourced from, but seems to be produced in the US which seems nice.

arches Anna is really impressing me with their nut and seed butters. I bought this for number of uses such as hummus but I primarily wanted to try a blend I saw for a middle eastern snack that is date syrup and tahini, and you dip celery or carrots in it to snack on. this has very nice smooth texture, I would absolutely buy this brand again.
Other tahinis are usually pretty bitter. I like this one since it uses untoasted sesame seeds which are less bitter and I think it's also healthier (since roasting nuts has some problems). I use it a lot as an ingredient in my cooking for example in hummus or yogurt sauces. It's a decent size and the highest quality tahini I've come across. Absolutely a fan of the taste!
