The dose is huge, not for everyone but for somebody with neurological or methylation problems may be very beneficial. This is the best form of folic acid. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The price is not cheap but there is no choice of 5,000 mcg in the market so this one is a good value.
After my DNA test results came back I could see that I have a problem with the regular folic acid absorption. Taking this high dose Methylated form already improved my mood and release the anxiety that I use to have. I am taking it combined with methylated B vitamins and D3. Good product.
A great quality high potency source of folic acid, the tablets are tiny, flavourless, and easy to take just one a day. I have personally found it has helped with symptoms from depression and PMDD (Pre-menstual dysphoric disorder) after one month of daily dosing. Would recommend to others struggling with similar!
