quality 1 ingredient means clean, pure and no nasties. that in itself is a great product as so many others have mixed it with other crap. the size of the package is handy, not too big -where it can get stale l and not too small so it lasts a long time. I like to put them in my smoothie, cereal, and yoghurt, muffins, you can use it on everything.
