I use Nutriva Coconut oil for oil pulling . My teeth and gums have never felt cleaner. Now my dental hygienist compliments me on how muck improved my teeth and gums are. But doesn't want to give any credence to oil pulling. You need to take your health int your own hands. I also ix it with 100% gum spirt turpentine apply it to my horses for any type Of fungal infections.

I will say I actually have been able to see a difference in the quality of thus coconut oil, than ones in past...I am still trying to see what the difference is....stay tuned for that...I have mostly used it for body care product making. I remember being pleased with the size...I am so visual that when I see a size in its written form, it is hard for me to understand what exactly that is until I am holding it
