fenugreek supplement that many users enjoy for digestion, metabolic and hormonal support
I've read several studies on the effects of fenugreek and ldl. I've only recently begun taking it, but along with my regular diet and exercise, am hoping for better results on my labs. I have conquered this issue before along with suggestions from a couple of good doctors. I will be sure to follow up and let you know if it works, but I am very hopeful. Other people may be interested in the studies they are doing regarding diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, painful menstruation, etc.
I bought these to help with my cortisol and they are effective in calming me down sometimes. The size is medium and the taste is almost not there. High quality and full of benefits. I love this product, I typically have a dosage of two a day, four for stressful days.
