I have pcos and have been told that I'm prediabetic. I once reversed it by going on strict keto but I'm too tired of hard cord dieting now. so decided to give this a try. will get new blood work done soon and will update this review accordingly

So I am back to being pre-diabetic even whenI strictly restricted my diet from all sorts of sugar. (Thank you pcos!) Last time this happened I went on keto for 2 yrs and got my sugar to normal levels. This time I am trying out this supplement. I'm on my 2nd bottle now. And hopefully by the end of 3 months hb1ac will be normal.

This supplement is very affected on my body. I feel very well after use it and I recommend it for my friend because we all know the benefits of body blood and red cells health and blood level . I got lot benefits from and I will pay it again more and more. Age good, ingredients are all natural, mix to help in health improvement. No Taste, Size enough for one month. Quality is very good. The quality is high. I take one when I eat too many sweats, it c sets me straight. I go from feeling off to feeling normal with the sugar, because this product is great.

I like this supplements because the softgels are small and easy to swallow and it promises to help glucose metabolism. . I didn't get any negative side effects from taking it. I can't say for sure how it work on regulating blood glucose because I don't check my blood sugar levels regularly and I was taking other supplements to lower my blood sugar while taking this. I feel like it might not be super potent like some other supplements are but it might be good enough if you only need a small boost to manage your blood sugar.
