Glucosamine helps to form and repair cartilage in the joint and is anti-inflammatory (reduce the pain and swelling). The caps are vegetarian, not too big and easy to swallow. In fact, it's hard to find a glucosamine product that is vegetarian and does not comes from shelfish. I also like that the supplements contain no fillers, binders or flow agents! From my own experience, 2 capsules are more suitable for maintenance once your joint stops hurting and giving discomfort. If your joints are hurting or “clicking” when walking, you probably want to take 4 capsules daily till the problems are gone before reducing to 2 capsules. Paradise Herbs is a reputable company that does not uses harsh solvents like hexane.It uses quality ingredients that are organic (no pesticides), wild crafted (more nutrition than farm-based) or naturally grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. this is an excellent product,this is the first thing you'll want to use before you think to replace your Knee/Hip/Joint etc'.our body knows how to fix itself as long as you deliver the building blocks.you might consider MSM and Gelatin/Chondroitin combined with this product as well as getting sure you are getting all of your needed vitamins & minerals(including trace minerals) as well as your omega's & amino acids,very important basics..
It's very hard to find glucosamine with vegan ingredients and composition. Expensive for the size. The texture is quite runny. Quality is ok. Great for people over the age of 40. Can improve bad knee condition due to wear and tear. Effect of glucosamine is to remove excess ammonia and boost joint health by replenishing the body's deficiency.
SO far my knees are seeming to benefit from this plus anti-inflammatory herbs. However, at 68 years old, I have some "locking" joints in my fingers from lack of synovial fluid. (Yes it's creepy feeling when they lock in a curled position!) So far I haven't used this to the level needed to stop my fingers from "locking." Planning to take more consistently to see if I can reduce this. I am combining this with essential fatty acids, silica and anti-inflammatory herbs. ++cj
I was looking for plant based glucosamine. Thank God I found this brand. Trusted and good quality brand, Paradise Herbs. I would definitely recommend to other people. Initially, I bought it for my mom and do not want any side effects on her. So far, it was good for her.
Very good ingredients. No fish source ingredients, no bad fillers. Good brand, all their supplements I have used are high quality. It seems to help arthritis if you use it For more than a month. Or longer.
Got to love the super clean Paradise Herbs supplements. Sometimes worth the steep price.

I got this for my clicking knees. It was years ago when I purchased this. Not sure if it helped it may have. I haven't had this for years and knees hardly make loud sound so perhaps magnesium helps or vitamin d not sure.
