The quality from braggs brand always have quality ingredients. The package is convenient for use! My diet is not vegan, maybe that’s why the “cheese” taste off to me. It only taste bad when I mix it with my meals so I just take this in a tablespoon. I bought this to try after seeing Dr Karan Rajan’s video and researched on our it is high in protein and how it benefits the health, including gut microbiome at the same time improving nutrient absorption. Apparently it also has a high amount of antioxidants. Hence, it is considered a superfood! I haven’t been taking it for too long but I don’t see any bad side effects as I do not go over the consumption limit. According to Google, nutritional yeast can be introduced from age 6 months old onwards (unless the child has yeast allergies). Please do your due diligence to do a thorough research before taking it or giving it to your babies, vegans. When I say research I don’t mean some vegan-fluencer’s blog post, go read credible studies!

Very high quality nutritional yeast. Its my firts nutritional yeast and i bought since im vegan and ive always heard how much is tasty and cheesy. When i tried i was surprised about the consistency and the taste. Its really similar to “real cheese”. I like to spread in my vegan food or sometimes i eat directly with a spoon lol Since im eating im more healthy and i saw some improvement in my body. Its very good for your health since contains lot of vitamin b/b12, protein and nutrients/antioxidant. Its a mix of health! Another benefit i noticed is that i feel more energy and can work without being too tired. Its a superfood without doubt!

I sprinkle this on top of pasta, rice, vegetables - works great also as popcorn seasoning! Love the texture and the nutritional value it adds, super savory and full of umami. For popcorn I toss some of this, salt, smoky paprika when the popcorn is still hot - so good! Lasts quite a while

On it's own it tastes very similar to Cheeze-it crackers, but when added to other foods it just gives them a bit of tang, and is not overbearing. I love that there is a good amount of protein in this, so it's worth it to eat a few spoonfuls as a snack as well.

I didn’t know what this was but my wife uses it on popcorn. And they are kosher. Good quality and taste great on popcorn ! Highly recommended.

Great for salads or soups. The quality os amazing and the ingridients even better, very healthy. It tastes like earthly cheese and definitely great for a better health.
