I've been taking melatonin for a while now. As we age our body produces less melatonin naturally. So this supplement is a life saver. This is why old people wake up so early is they have no melatonin or very little melatonin production. So you need supplements. This one I've found is the best.

The quality is Extremely effective but the ingredients take sometime to actually kick in. The size lasts for almost little bit more than 3 months. The dosage needs to be a bit stronger for a 10 mg. The benefits and taste are not bad. Would recommend if you want a healthier sleeping.
This product is very good. I was struggling in my sleep I use the dose of 10 mg only when I need it I use it for like three days straight then my sleep would be very good. The quality is very amazing. It helps me relax and have a good night sleep. It doesn't have a smell or a taste. The size is very nice. It will last you for awhile.
