Great one. Takes a few packs for better potency. It helps with liver metabolism. Taste is present but not bothersome. Main ingredient of B12 helps with stress and quality of nervous system connections. The size of the packages is a bit small and some stays in it so it’s good to rinse with water to use all of it.
This is the best B12 form I have ever taken. It has no smell, and easy to dissolve in water. Easy on the stomach unlike the tablets of B vitamins. Gives me energy and lessens anxiety. Easy to digest. I usually avoid Vitamin B's in tablet form as there's a smell to it and it makes my stomach upset but this B12 satchets I have no problem with it. It is the best of all forms and brands I have tried for B12. Best quality. Worth buying. Top ingredients.
I use Instant Energy every day and believe It’s the best of its kind. It supplies 100 % of vitamins and minerals needed for energy. It’s very economical with 75 servings. I have used it for years, have highly recommended it to my friends and am happy with it.
My husband is a big fan. It gives him energy and helps him stay focused during the day. He has tried other products too, but this is by far his favorite. It comes in small sachets which makes it very easy to carry it around. The packages are strong and of durable.
Delivers instant energy, or so i feel! Taste is ok, but could become annoying when used on an 'overregular' basis. I use it when I feel i need that extra boost of energy.
I love the quality and taste of these and how EASY it is to take them regularly! Felt a significant difference in my energy levels throughout the day and also helped with my mood.

I started using it recently and already notice a positive difference. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend it and will definitely order again!
I got recommended by a doctor to take such a complex for my low energy. I used to purchase at a pharmacy, however it it is much more affordable to buy from iherb and ingredients are very good
I bought it for my daughter, She took it but didnt feel the effect yet. The quality and ingredients I think are all okay. Ill wait how it works for her.
