Lowers your levels depending on the dose. Mine went down significantly without dietary changes. My ratios are excellent. Dr wants it down. Put my husband on as well. Good size capsules to easily swallow. Cost a little high, but so is this brand. Clean brand. Would recommend to anyone who need to lower their number.
