Good iron source without constipation
I'm only slightly anemic but suffer from fatigue when my iron levels become depleted so a pharmacist actually recommended the Ferrous Gluconate instead of the other forms of iron as it is less likely to cause significant constipation or other side affects. Its an easier form for me to take with my IBS - doesn't aggravate my stomach or colon so I'm going to continue with this type of iron. Ferrous gluconate from iHerb was priced very well and I will reorder it when needed.
