I have PCOS and because of that I have some issues with blood sugar regulation. After reading online that bitter melon can help stabalize blood sugar I decided to give it a go. I do find that I feel less like my blood sugar spikes when I take bitter melon.
This one is good for liver cells protection. It also helps with glucose control . Best when eaten before meals
