Pycnogenol®, 100 mg, 120 Veggie Caps

I started using this product for my skin. It has definitely helped with making my skin more supple and youthful looking. I am 43 and was at Costco today when one of the ladies giving out samples asked me what products I used for my face because my skin looked so nice. I believe it is this product that has made the difference. I also read about the benefits of using this product for ADD children. My son is 11, and I began giving this to him right after school ended, Within one week, his emotional outbursts had improved 90%. He even asks to take his "medicine" because it makes him feel so much better. I don't know if it will help with his attention in school, but if we can avoid the emotional meltdowns, I am one happy Mommy. It is not cheap, but it isn't any more expensive than the toxic ADHD medications that most doctors will prescribe for your child. Try this first.

I have a long history of varicose veins.I've had veins stripped twice. I took this for years. Stopped for about a year, veins returned, so I made an appointment to have them fixed. Well, 2 bottles later (and my appointment hasn't come around yet) I don't know if he'll be able to find veins to inject! This works exceedingly well.

This is an awesome supplement. I had improved blood flow in my lower legs from the first day I took it. It is a blood thinner and anti-inflammatory. I also got the book "User's Guide to Pycnogenol" as a freebie from I-herb and found it very informative. Anyone with vein issues or systemic inflammation or leg edema should read this book. The pycnogenol really does what the book says it does, and unlike many books re supplements, this book gives dosage information. I am splitting two 100 mg capsules per day, taking 2/3 capsule in the morning, 2/3 capsule early afternoon and 2/3 capsule at bedtime. My legs feel a lot better. Much less itching, and edema significantly reduced, unless I keep my legs down or shop all day. According to the book, one may need more than I am taking to resolve vein issues--I am still breaking this in. At my Dr's suggestion, I was already taking 2000fu of nattokinase 2x/day for high fibrinogen, so I am trying to be conservative about the amount of an additional blood thinner.

I have been taking this pycogenol for about a month so far (1 per day) and the main thing I have noticed is that my allergies/cough have pretty much gone away completely. At the beginning of January this year I got sick with a pretty bad cold and have had a cough ever since that is only at night and in the morning. My doctor told me that it was most likely allergies or asthma, neither of which I have had before. The pycogenol is the only thing I have added to my regimen of vitamins/supplements in the past month and now my cough is gone.Yay!! I am also hoping this will help with my endometriosis pain which was the reason that I started taking it so hopefully I can report back seeing a benefit on that soon too. I plan to start taking this twice a day instead of once so I'm hoping that will help.

I read about this product in Life Extension magazine. I have many age related problems that this product has helped.however the most exciting for me is my tinnitus has all but disappeared.When I realized there was quiet in my head for the first time in years I nearly cried.

Healthy Origins has me puzzled: on one hand they're supposed to be super pure super natural supplements, on the other hand I see no help from their stuff. (I also take vitamin E and COQ10 for circulation from HO) I get horrendous pain in my thigh every month if I don't take supplements. Since HO COQ10 doesn't work that good, thought it'd try pycnogenol. Big mistake to buy from HO! NO relief whatsoever. I bought it because the other guy said he has less floaters. I have as many as ever. Not sure how long he'd been taking this stuff to see results. I googled and there's no info out there. But Pycnogenol is supposed to help grow collagen and make skin more elastic. So maybe it's helping in that department? I don't know. All I know is at this price I won't buy this brand again. Not sure if I'll give pycnogenol another go but due that HO pills aren't that effective, I just might. 2 stars for being pure and natural.

The best to get rid with legs swelling problem for me. It's better than grape seed I took and the price is acceptable with very pure Pycnogenol from Horphang and now I just can't live without it!! PS: It's magnesium stearate free that make it's different from other brands.

From all the brands I used this one works very good for me. Sometimes I had doubts about it and switch to another brand to find out that it really worked for me, but we are humans and learn from our own mistakes so hope you can learn from mine. Highly recommend this.
