I use this to ward off the flu in the winter, (also clears my sinuses) but it's so strong tasting. I put 4 drops in orange juice, and you can barely taste it. It's one of the better quality Oregano Oil's I have used, because the only ingredients are Oregano Oil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It was safety sealed, and shipped with care. This bad boy comes in clutch if I feel an inkling of anything trying to form in my throat(mucus, sore throat,) I take this in a shot of orange juice , gargle listerine, and cough up whatever infection might have tried to form and boom, brush my teeth. No sickness, no sore or mucus throat. This kills all the bacteria but be mindful od dossge and frequency because it kills good bacteria too. Take a good probiotic after or something.
