This is a product I use about once a week by itself. It dissolves under the tongue, and it has a large dosage. I have just started taking it, but I think this could be helpful, since the price is a relative value for this form of ingredient. Compared to when my mother had been taking Now Foods, B-12, 5,000 mcg, 60 Lozenges, her ability to hear me well; to keep feeling/being positive; to respond quickly without being dull etc. seems to have become better! Even her face/voice look brighter! It seems to be more beneficial that the daily amount is more at reasonable extent. Vitamin B-12, which has been contained in animal product, is something our traditional food might have lacked in Japan; so it is understandable that the benefit on my mother seems to be very obvious!

This product/vitamin helps with wellbeing, energy and alertness. I would cease taking it if it didn't have notable beneficial effects. The taste is very good.
