Liquid D3, 10,000 IU, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

I've ordered it because I'm very satisfied with this amount of 10.000 UI per serving. I always look up videos for Dr. Berg and others(FB group) who talk that no less them 10.000 UI to be taken, 'cause less it's a child size. Thank you iherb for this opportunity to buy liquid form(better absorbable form) with this amount. Quality seems perfect, as well.

I started taking this because my Vitamin D 25 (OH) was going down and got down to 17ng/ml. After 1 month of taking 10,000 units a day and then 1 month of taking 20,000 units my vitamin D 25 (OH) went up to 84ng/ml. I was also taking the: NOW product - Cod Liver Oil 100mg extra strength which has vitamin A, D3, EPA, DHEA. The specialist said he had never seen such an improvement in his long life. So totally worth paying more for this high quality product.

Great product, works well, but the dropper is not designed well. Two times I've purchased this product, and twice the rubber on top separates from the dropper, meaning you cannot get a tight seal when you close it. Inevitably the bottle gets knocked over at some point and most of the liquid inside is then lost. Please design a better seal for this bottle while keeping the dropper option.

This is by far the best D3 i have ever used. I have been using this for about 1 month and it has made a noticeable difference in how I feel and how my son feels. Better energy for exercising and overall throughout the day. I generally get a cold in the spring and since using it I have not gotten sick. For context, I have taken 1000 IU gel caps, a 50,00 IU veggie cap and this liquid 10,000 IU has made the most difference. I have been taking D3 daily since 2023. Don't forget to take K2 in Mk7 form with your D3! They must be taken together. Never in the same bottle, but side by side.

Im taking it now for few weeks to help me heal my autoimmune ...i must say it helps alot bcoz i take atleast 50 to 80.000 iu together with k2 100mcg in every 10.000 of d3..it works wonder..however for how i consume it .it is too less for a tiny bottle...it takes me only 3 to 4 days a bottle so for that it is abit expensive..however for those who takes less it works for sure and will take few days...
