This is a good quality product with good ingredients. Easy to take and better than the gel caps as the drops have no taste and disolve in the mouth. Vitamin D is good for hormones and bone health, those who live in cold climates or who work indoors a lot need the drops.
My doctor recommended that I buy this product, so I bought it. I was happy with the price and size of the package. I don't really know what it was supposed to do, so I can't tell if it was potent, but the pills were gentle on the stomach. Good quality
