Me and my husband wants to loose weight so we ordered this meal replacement. At first, I didn’t like the taste because it tastes like raw oatmeal. But when I mixed it with almond milk, it became delicious. I drink this on breakfast time but my husband drinks this morning and evening and in just 3 days, he lost 1.5kg! The chocolate flavor is not so strong and i Like it that way.
In today's fast-paced world it's difficult to eat three square meals a day. All too often meals are skipped, or fast food alternatives are used. This is the solution to missing a meal, or eating junk: a low-calorie, nutrient-dense meal that takes literally seconds to prepare. RAW Meal is loaded with good stuff that can't be found in a bagel: plenty of protein, fiber, expensive raw foods and probiotics. It keeps the blood sugar even and hunger at bay. Taste is fair, but tolerable. An inexpensive, easy to use alternative. Please click my user name (alloriginal) for more helpful reviews gleaned from my 30+ years of supplementation.
I have been using this for years and love it! I have tried many other brands and always come back. The ingredients are clean, lower in carbs and tastes pretty good. It’s not gritty either! It does not keep me full very long so adding a banana or peanut butter helps.
Very high quality and nutrition from Garden of Life. I have purchased this product for many years and it remains my favorite! It is high in fiber with a variety of fruits and vegetables that make for a great meal replacement drink. I recommend it highly!!
Very nutritious and balance meal replacement. Composition is great. The size is good value per money.
my daily life saver when I cannot cook quickly and to help me maintain my weight, even if I'm strictly plant based. ingredients seem all clean and full of benefits. I love the chocolate flavor. easy to blend in water. I love the taste. I keep buying it. I'm on my 4th order now.
clean and good ingredients. good quality. this brand is good.
I didn't like this product. It has a strong chocolate flavor. I don't know if they changed the ingredients after a while .
Really happy with this purchase! The quality is great, the packaging arrived clean and secure, and the product works just as described. Always a smooth experience with iHerb will definitely buy again.
