I have been taking this supplement due to minor personal health issue for months. I think it's a solid magnesium with the addition of b6 and zinc, both of which go well with mag. Knowing that b6 might cause toxic reactions in some people, I was rather cautious with daily dosage. And this product provides just the dose I need without causing any concern, not to mention it comes in P5P form. The bottle lasts me a few months since I only take one pill a day. There's no taste and the size is easy to swallow. Will certainly repurchase.

This is an incredible product. The mineral magnesium glycinate and the 2 important cofactors B6 and Zinc, both in high quality forms, which is difficult to find in a product. Could do without some of the added fillers in the other ingredients, but it's a small price to pay.
