I usually use Arnica alone for accidents or physical injuries and even psychological trauma as prescribed by my homeopath. Arnica is always in all my bags just in case. Especially since it has benefits and treatments for psychological trauma, and even postpartum depression and trauma, in addition to muscle pain and even bone injuries and fractures, it repairs them quickly, and this is from long experience in my family, as we have been using homeopathy for many years. While I was browsing through supplements and treatments, I found this Arnica+12 and I wanted to try the idea of mixing several ingredients in one medicine. I actually did not find that big of a difference. Yes, there is an effect, but I think it should be continued to get clear results. The taste is good and the size is good

We use a lot of T-Relief products because they work! The T-Relief Arnica tablets work great. Homeopathy works for our family.
