As a vegan, I have to take B12 supplement regularly. The best form of B12 is methylcobalamin and I think Jarrow has the most reasonable price of methyl B12 compared to other brands. I choose the lowest dose as we don’t really need that much. But it’s difficult to find B12 with low dose, so I take this only once a week. The only downside is that it has xylitol and I don’t really like the cherry flavor. The xylitol and cherry flavoring leave a weird aftertaste. But at this price, you can’t really complain. I live in Indonesia and the shipping process was a smooth sailing. No fuss and no extra payment if you choose JNE. Only required a little patient as it took total 10 days to arrived. Expired date is 2023

A good product to take 1st thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Perfect for me to supports nerve regeneration (i have neuropathy), brain function (common for women like me who's post menopausal and gets brain fog), and energy production (i feel energized and strong to do my morning walk)
