I used another brand before these and changed because these were cheaper. Not only cheaper but do the job just as well and maybe even better! I take them for problems with my knees and in the months I have been taking them, there has been a change for the better. Thoroughly reccomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THe quality is amazin. The dose: I took only half per a day and the improvement was amazing. I use either this or a half MSM pill. I dont use them together. The package is good. My knees are feeling better and the cartilages areworks better. I recommend this product it was good for me.
