Highly respected for their quality, Nordic Naturals is recommended by vets everywhere for the benefit that Omega 3 fatty acids play in our pets, especially older pets. This doesn't smell rancid or overly fishy, and given the age of my dog (12-14) I love knowing her homemade diet is improved by the addition of this supplement.
This oil has been part of my dog's meals for quite a while. I think it helps with his vitality. It does need to be shaken before use and is a bit of a messy pour (or I am a messy pourer), but that doesn't stop me from using it.
I use the human version of this.brands omega 3 fish oil for years and when n i got my dog over 10 years ago i thought she should have the same opportunity for her health she loves it and if i forget to add to hera breakfast she stares at me and waits for it.
My vet recommended Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Pet for my dog’s high cholesterol, and it’s been a great addition to his routine. The oil is easy to mix into food, and my dog has had no issues taking it. I appreciate the quality and purity that Nordic Naturals is known for. We’ve noticed improvements in his overall coat condition and energy levels as well. Overall, a product I’d feel comfortable continuing to use long term.
Excellent supplement for dogs, cats and ferrets. My ferrets love the taste and it makes their fur so soft and healthy, preventing skin issues too. Better than salmon oil alone. Good sized bottle, wish it had a better expiration date once opened but that's even more assurance the product is fresh. Strongly recommend!
I’ve been giving my dog Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Pet for a few weeks, and I’m really happy with it. Her coat looks shinier and healthier, and she eats it easily when I mix it with her food. The oil doesn’t smell too fishy, which is a big plus (for me!). I’ll definitely keep using it — seems like a good, high-quality product.
Our dogs require healthy oils & fats, this is one brand that's been in our rotation. Great product, our dogs are senior but with healthy coats & minimal health issues. Decently priced & good quality Great addition to store bought or homecooked foods for their improved health
I have started making my own dog food and add Omega 3’s per the recipe from the dog food supplement brand that I use. I picked this brand because it doesn’t have artificial flavors or dyes and is from sustainably caught wild fish. Wild fish is better than farmed fish. I am assuming the taste is fine since my dog likes the food I make for her.
