Around 4 milliliters (1/3 tablespoon) of Fo-Ti Root Powder in your porridge or smoothie goes a long way. I definitely feel a more stable physical energy throughout the day. Mind gets focused! Extremely economical to use! Bought this 4 months ago and I think I still got 50% left in the bag.
Taste is a bit intense. I take it sporadically. Probably need to commit to taking more consistently to see any benefits with hair growth and thickness though.
This is good to look after your hair. I mix it with my bedtime tea blend and it's good. You can fill it into capsules if you wish.
I like it a lot as effect (maybe even the color of my hair can be helped in being restored?) but the taste is so so...

This ingredient has long been a recommendation from my highly educated brother. I use it in coffee to give a boost to my day and to my brain. I added it with powdered mushrooms and the flavor is good. This is a high quality product, so I don’t have any trouble mixing it, although it is a suspension and not a solution. This size will provide you with months of brain power.
