Triphala, 120 Tablets

Literally meaning “three fruits,” triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulation consisting of three fruits native to the Indian subcontinent: amalaki (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki, (Terminalia belerica), and haritaki (Terminalia chebula). Triphala is usually taken on an empty stomach, most commonly in the evening before bed. Traditional product for regulating the bowel movements. It doesn’t make you used to it and can be taken long period of time. I take the dosage (2 tab) once a day between meals the size of the tablets isn’t big and it is easy to swallow 2 tabs at once. I’m pretty satisfied with the benefits.
