I got Nettle tea for a concoction I make while I detox to get good gut health , I’m infusing it with ginger and it really helps and keeps everything moving in my digestion. Aside from that I’m happy that iherb Carries this particular tea because not many do ! Thank you good package
This tastes so refreshing as a cold beverage. I steep about two teabags in a big recycled jar filled with hot water and leave it in the refrigerator to get cold. It's nice to drink it at dinner time as it makes me feel sleepy and ready for bed. it seems to be a quality blend and I really saw the benefits in how my hair kept growing.
