I take 1 capsule per day with water. 1 capsule contains 240 mg of pine bark extract (min. 90% proanthocyanidins) & 100 mg of green tea extract (from leaves, min. 50% EGCg). Raw: pinus massoniana (Chinese red pine). The capsules are vegetable and suitable for vegetarians. Kosher product. Great antioxidant support & free radical protection. The capsules are medium-sized, easy to swallow. The capsule shell is transparent, the contents are tinged with reddish-brown (as in the attached photos). Plastic package with a protective membrane. Package quantity: 90 capsules.
