Bought from Argentina, took 4 days to ship, but arrived in barely 6 days thanks to DHL logistics. As for the pills, I have been taking them for 2 years I think, will never stop. Its hard to catch a cold whenever Im taking it, and it really improved the speed at which my ligaments healed after an overextension. It usually was 3 days, maybe 4, but went down to 2 days. Its said that this brand is the best quality of Asthaxanthin, so might update if I see a difference in comparison to the cheaper brands.
