I have used colostrum the last few years during cold and flu season. This product has quality ingredients and really boosts your immunity. Colostrum has so many benefits for your health. It dissolves easily in water and has very little taste. Good size for the price. I have used capsules before but prefer the powder form.
I tried to add it in my morning coffee. Doesn’t dissolve easily and even after using blender texture is still not very smooth. But it really helped with my compromised immune system and anaemia. Colostrum is a natural source of lactoferrin which regulates how good your body absorbs iron
My husband who has muscular dystrophy is regaining tone in his muscles since taking this. He walks better, can get out of a chair more easily and can dry his feet for the first time in four years. This product has helped me through a very difficult period of severe food intolerances and leaky gut. It was so bad I developed allergies from foods I've always eaten. But if you take a high dosage and stay consistent for a while it can be so helpful. If you have any gut or autoimmune issues this is the king of supplements for sure.
I don't know why I have sudden severe eczema since summer of 2024. I searched online, Youtube, etc. and heard about Colostrum can help eczema. I bought this Colostrum powder in Nov2024 first time. I have been taking the product for more than 2 months now before I write this review. I take Colostrum in the morning empty stomach, put a scoop of Colostrum powder in a cup of water. The powder does not dissolve in a second but it dissolves well in a minute. Taste nice. Some nights I also take Colostrum in water before going to bed (when I feel I have eaten some junk food during the day). After 2 months+ of usage, I can see my eczema is now 90% gone and well under control. Every morning, I drink Colostrum, after 1 hour, I also drink a glass of raw celery juice. I also reduce gluten and junk food.
Great product, with very well selected ingredients, high bioavailability and extremely great benefits for skin, hair and the whole body. With the highest quality, the doses completely suit me - so with proper storage I have for a long time at a very good price. The taste is very pleasant to drink, I dissolve 3 grams - the whole daily dose of one intake in a small amount of slightly warmed water. For better results I take in the morning on an empty stomach, or 30-40 minutes before meals, maybe also in the evening 3-4 hours after a light dinner.
