quality ingredients and a good vitamin. but I have not moved on to using benfotiamine instead as that is fat soluble and seems to be more potent. this has its place though. many of us need thiamine for many vital functions. look up the hormones matter blog of the thiamine group on facebook for more information. thumbs up please

One thing to be aware of: the dosage is high, so it feels more like strong daily support than a light “just in case” vitamin.
If there is one bad comment, it’s that I dislike capsules and wish it were tablets. Vitamin B complex is good for me since I tend to not eat meat or dairy, but nutritionist tells me it’s more healthful to intake from food sources than supplements.
