These vitamins have made a large impact on our family. Our Daughter carries the MTFHR gene mutation so we have to be very careful what form of folate we can give her, which means we don’t often have a lot of options for vitamins. We have tried quite a few different brands and different forms of vitamins in the past and none of them seemed to make much if any difference at all. My daughter unfortunately is the kind of kid that will get hit hard by any illness she’s exposed to and then spread it to the entire family, but since she has been taking this brand of vitamin, we have noticed a HUGE difference in the amount of times she’s gotten sick and even when she has gotten sick, she has a very easy time fighting it and her symptoms have been very mild. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I have to fight from vomiting every time I open the container because they smell VILE lol but hey they work so I will deal with the smell!
I use this for my children as it has great formation! Adults can use it too. I love this formula.

The quality of ingredients is great. Since it is packaged in pill form, there is no taste. the size is good, and it is also easy to open each pill and use it that's way. great supplement for school age kids.
