Dry & Light, Organic Cotton Cover, Slim, 20 Pads

I have been using the Natracare Dry + Light pads for mild urinary incontinence for two or three years now. So I am definitely in a position to testify that they are exactly as advertised ... all natural (organic cotton, cellulose and cornstarch), free of latex, perfumes, dyes, and so forth. Other brands that I've tried have been so irritating, causing rashes and inflammation. But not the Natracare product. They are as comfortable now as the day I started to use them. As a bonus, they contain an herb that helps to absorb odors, something I really appreciate. And they are simply so much more convenient than the cloth incontinence underwear on the market. No underwear to soak and wash. Just throw the biodegradable pads away after use. Just one caveat, which is not the fault of the product. If the wearer isn't careful to change the pads fairly often, or if the pads are worn with certain types of underwear, chafing can result (as with any pad). This has only been a minor problem for me, and a little experimentation turned up just the right underwear and change interval for me.

I have a candida overgrowth problem, so I really appreciate the "breathable" quality of this product. Other pads lead to a candida "rash". However, it's important to note that Natracare has recently changed this product - both packaging and the product. The old version (pictured here) has 1 out of 5 droplets to indicate level of absorbability. The new version is actually 2 versions: Slim (2 out of 5 droplets) and Plus (3 out of 5 droplets, and slightly longer pad). Both the old and new versions have 20 pads per box. iHerb doesn't yet have these new versions on their website. However, they shipped the new "Slim" version on my last order for the original version, so I know they know about the change. You can see the new versions on Amazon.

I just very recently tried these and I like them a lot! These are really nice and exactly what they say they are. They are sturdier than many other brands that can bunch up. I like the materials they are made of_ pure unscented cotton_ so much healthier than other brands_ and better for the environment too. That really matters to me! My favorite thing about them is they are very slim so I wear them without worry of them showing through my pants.

I initially bought this product because I was looking for something made of natural materials as other products cause irritation to my delicate places. I am very happy to say this product does not cause irritation, works very well and, to top it off, is biodegradable which is a big tick in the box from me.

Because of an ongoing medical issue, I have to wear a pad every day—not just occasionally—so comfort, breathability, and ingredients matter a LOT to me. Natracare has been a wonderful find. These pads are soft and comfortable enough for extended wear, and I really appreciate that they’re made without fragrances, dyes, and a lot of the unnecessary ingredients found in conventional feminine-care products. When something has to be against sensitive skin every single day, that makes a huge difference. The Dry & Light pads give me the protection I need without feeling overly bulky or irritating my skin. I also feel much better knowing I’m using a product designed with sensitive bodies in mind. If you have a medical condition that requires regular pad use, bladder leakage, or you simply want a cleaner alternative to conventional pads, I definitely recommend giving Natracare a try. For me, these aren’t just a feminine-care product—they’re an everyday necessity, and I’m very thankful to have found one I can feel comfortable using.

I've used these for years after having tried several other brands. These truly are for sensitive skin. I like how thin they are but very absorbent at the same time. Not like many of the other bulky products

These will work for someone, I am sure, but I found them very wide and stiff, like cardboard. They are also quite large, which could be an advantage, if that’s what you need.

I feel that using these cotton pads is much healthier than others made from polyester or other man-made fibers.

Not enough adhesive, in my opinion. Pads came off within minutes of putting them on. And I pressed really hard. Tried 3 different pads, so.
