I just mix a half tsp with some water first to keep it from cluming and then add it to stir fry sauce or whatever needs thickening. Works as well as cornstarch but is keto diet friendly. Now always is high quality. I have used their poroducts for years and never ad issues with the quality.
I have even takingthis for quite a while in powder form since March. I also bought the capsules for convenience when I travel. It proves to be effective but one needs to take more servings- about at least 4-6g for it to work if you eat a good meal and wanna maintain or lose some weight but I have taken more without much side effect. It is important to-drink more water so that you will not constipate. While the powder form is much economical if you consume more in a day and at home using a shaker, it can be quite troublesome to bring out when socialising. Also, need to ensure to consume half an hour before meal and this can be tricky if eating out too.
