I noticed better energy on it, I have an mthfr variant so was comfortable with the methylated forms. It makes your urine a fluorescent yellow though so don’t panic when you see that. No side effects other than that for me.
It’s getting harder to find supplements without tons of fillers and/or maltodextrin. This one is pretty clean and has good doses of b vitamins in bioavailabile forms that support those with MTHFR defects.

I love this supplement because of quality ingredients and very efficient forms of vitamins. The size of the capsules is good and they are easy to swallow. I take it after breakfast to avoid niacin flush when taken on an empty stomach. It calms down my nervous system and helps my metabolism and detox. It does color the urine a bright yellow which is a common thing and not something to worry about.
