After menopause I noticed that my fingers started to develop stiffness and lumpy joints, which made me suspect arthritis. I thought this was due to my low estrogen levels, did my own research and found articles that linked arthritis and low estrogen. I commenced using Emerita photo estrogen cream on my hands and wrists and noticed a big improvement. I no longer use it daily but when my hands start to feel stiff or sore, it’s a reminder that I need to use it. This is an amazing product, strongly recommended by me for any woman experiencing signs of low estrogen.

Going through menopause cold turkey (no HRT) and my estrogen level is pretty much dead. This cream is a life saver. I was having very bad neck and shoulder pain because of low estrogen, no sleep, and this cream literally saved my neck and my sleep. I have tried a different phytoestrogen cream but this one is better. I also rub a dab of progesterone cream to balance out. It's hard to find the right dose though, but because my estrogen is so low I can use quite a lot of this, even on my chest, mid section and other joints, at least twice a day.

I don't know if its too early to say, but been using for 1 week as per instructions by rubbing a pea sized amount rotating between my inner upper arms, abdomen, inner thighs and breasts. Seems to have reduced the frequency of hot flashes to maybe once or twice from 4 or 5 times a day. sleep has also been better waking once a night or so from sweats and generally better sleep the past few days. Don"t want to jinx it and hope it continues working..fellow sisters on this perimenopause/menopause journey can give it a try too.

Although this is available as a subscribe and save item, I initially purchased it as a one-time shipment since I wanted to make sure it would actually do something for me. I never used to have issues with PMS, but as I've begun that slide towards menopause I began to notice moodiness--okay, the temptation to bite people's heads off--at certain times of the month that I hadn't experienced before. I started taking Evening Primrose Oil, which helped, but that symptom, and others, kept gradually sneaking in.

It's very light in texture, gets absorbed very fast. Doesn't have any artificial scent and doesn't smell bad either. Ive started using it recently, so no results yet. I dont have any side effects, so thats good. I do sleep better, but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the cream. I will continue rubbing it and wait for results

The cream is quickly absorbed, does not leave oily stains, is skin-friendly with no side effects. Extremely effective in overcoming post-menstrual problems. I am very satisfied with the price considering the size of the package and I will definitely be a regular customer.
