My wife struggles with the pain of Fibromyalgia. She has experienced a significant decrease in pain using this product. It even helps to take a small spoonful on days when you are feeling depleted from poor food choices. The bitter taste is -- well -- bitter, but activates beneficial digestive juices. I actually like the fact that it isn't candy-like. My children cringe at the taste but take it willingly because it relieves discomfort so readily.
This product works great after a meal. If you have a stomach ache, it’ll make it go away so quickly. It even works for bloating. The bitterness does take some getting used to though. My family has used this for a long time now! I forgot about it but I’m glad I have it again.

Swedish bitters are made of quality ingredients. It is definitely a brand that I trust. The taste is bitter, which is what it should taste like. I don't like bitters that are sweetened. It gives you a nice warm feeling. I take it as the dosage is recommended. The size of the bottle is good if you want to try it out. I would recommend a larger one if you like it and want to take it throughout the winter months.
