This magnesium oil is sourced properly and has the right feel for magnesium oil. You can feel it penetrate and encourage a great night's sleep while repairing your sore bits. Tip, I put organic lavender & vetiver oil in it to enhance the relaxation benefits and use this for myself and my clients.

I really like this scentless magnesium oil spray, it works as a “massage oil.” I often apply it to my feet before bed and put on socks, which feels relaxing. I also massage it into my neck and shoulder muscles, or scalp and it helps ease tension. A simple, effective way to enjoy magnesium topically.

Convenient in a spray bottle, works great to dissolve my calcium deposits on my skin, really helpful when pain in my back gets to bad, for degenerative discs in my lower back. Works wonderful for a scalp massage helping to pull toxins from the scalp,I use it and let sit for 30 minutes before washing my hair.

This is already my second bottle of Pure Magnesium Oil Spray and honestly it’s become part of my daily routine. It feels really refreshing after a long day, absorbs pretty quickly, and doesn’t leave my skin greasy. I also like that it’s unscented and simple without any overpowering smell. applied it on my neck, it does what it says but my skin got very itchy so needed to wash it off after 30min~ have used different type of magnesium in liquid type and had 0 side effects, will try it in longer period of time and will update my review.

I purchased this Magnesium Oil Spray because I know that magnesium is part of a healthy diet and may have some benefits when used topically. It had good reviesw as to it's composition, benefit, and quality. I only used it once, feel, just to see how it might feel on the skin and what amount might be needed. I sprayed a small amount on my neck and it became painful and red. The reaction took a couple of days to resolve. I'll need to red more about it before trying it again.
