These are a little pricey but worth it. My cholesterol runs high. I want to avoid side affects of statins so I take 2-3 this with a coq10 before bed and it keeps my stats in check. My total cholesterol tends to stay above what doctors like but all the other cholesterol numbers like triglycerides stay in good range.
I have been taking red east rice from Thorn brand for few years. I am not on cholesterol medication yet . This one has unique amount of mg in one capsule, there is no analogues. Not cheap, but good quality. Even though in 2-3 months has no much effect, probably need more time
