I’ve used this in my tomato-based vegetable soup and Taiwanese beef noodle soup and it’s lovely. Rick beefy taste, and you don’t have to use a lot. Just half a teaspoon for 600ml of vegetable soup.
As someone who loves noodle soups but doesn’t have the space to actually cook and store broth at home, this is a great substitute. The packaging is the perfect size, and this will probably last for a long time. Great taste, highly recommend, Use it in so many things.
