The quality is good but i noticed that the seeds it's smaller than usual i don't know why But the smell is good and the taste as will I use it as bahar to cook and as drink after eat It’s good for insulin resistant The benefits i get it from drinking coriander tea is great for gut health
I searched for this item over all web pages but this is far the best offer regarding price/quantity at excellent quality! I use Coriander seeds to make cool extract cooling tee that I use for lower the intensity of my hot flushes.
Great product for the price. We have to wait to test efficacy however, so far so good.
Very fresh good quality product I love it. I will order more when it’s gonna be finished. Also, it’s good resources of vitamins. You can just make it powder and just take it half a teaspoon every day.

I use these to make a tea with Cumin seeds and Fennel seeds, it calms and soothes the stomach, it is also really yummy. I get through quite a lot of them so it is great to be able to buy them in bulk for far less than I would have to pay otherwise.
