I'm not a cinnamon connoisseur, but I like the taste and use it quite often. This brand is good enough for me and the price is reasonable, so I've bought it many times. Because the size of the package is large, and I keep it sealed tightly in the fridge, I only have to buy it once every year or so.

It said Premium Vietnamese Cinnamon powder & it's organic. First try.....the package it's big size. Smell & taste great. It's different from I bought from Indian cinnamon powder. I use it for my morning coffee. I just love cinnamon taste....love it on everything . Other reviews it helps lower the blood pressure I don't realize. This package net weight 453g I wish they had other smaller package like 200g for buyers

This Frontier Co-op Vietnamese cinnamon is absolutely exceptional! The flavor is rich, sweet, and complex with wonderful spicy notes. Much better quality than regular cassia cinnamon. I use it in my morning oatmeal, coffee, and baking - it transforms everything! The aroma is incredible when you open the bag. Organic certification gives me peace of mind about quality. Great value for such a premium product. The 16oz bag lasts a long time and stays fresh. Will definitely buy again!
I usually have ceylon cinnamon in the kitchen to eat with oatmeal, but I noticed that if I use it for recipes, this kind of cinnamon cannot be well noticed, or it's easily offset by other ingredients. Then, I just decided to try this Vietnamese by Frontier and I'm really pleased with the results. Not only it is very sweet, but the aroma can well be distinguished when added to cooked preparations. This is a great option!
This cinnamon is in a league of its own. The aroma is incredible the moment you open the bag—so warm and complex. It makes my morning oatmeal and holiday baking taste like they're from a fancy bakery. I'll never go back to the bland stuff from the grocery store.
As soon as you open the bag the smell of the cinnamon is delicious!!! I have bought Saigon, ceylon and cassia but this one is by far the most flavorful!! I put this on everything. It is an anti-bacterial and also helps with lowering blood sugar and digestion. Great product!
I like the bulk option size. The quality of ingredient is better than organic brands I have purchased in local grocery stores. It is a great size, which is an added benefit. It is fresh and can be used in many recipes.
I've been baking for 30 years. During that time, I've made macarons, homemade breads, specialty cookies, pretzels, bagels, pita pockets... I can bake, and I do bake. Cinnamon is also one of my favorite spices. I usually have three types of it, ranging from the Chinese type that screams cinnamon candy hearts to the mellow type found in powdered coffees. I like this cinnamon! If I had to only buy one cinnamon for the rest of my life, this one would possibly be able to provide all the flavor ranges I needed.
