I tried taking niacin for the first time, starting with 1/8 capsule, after the second dose there was a standard reaction that many people immediately started reporting... red spots on the skin, hearing, tingling, feeling of heat. This continued until the next day, then it became normal, but one spot on the knee did not go away, it has been on the skin for 5 days, has clear boundaries and by touch it is warmer than the second knee.

I liked this niacin supplement, I gave it to my mom to enhance her lipid profile, it seems potent by without food it can cause flushing. But overall it is good for the metabolism and energy.
