I’ve been taking the 21st Century Prenatal with Folic Acid and it’s been a solid choice. The tablet is a bit large, but manageable, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other brands have in the past. I love that it includes 800 mcg of folic acid, which my doctor emphasized as essential early on. It also has iron and other key vitamins I need to support both me and the baby. I haven’t had any weird aftertastes or side effects. Plus, you really can’t beat the price for the quality—it’s budget-friendly without cutting corners. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a reliable prenatal without spending a fortune.
I was recommended taking these by a dermatology PA because they don’t contain biotin, which doesn’t agree with my acne. I’ve never been pregnant but I’ve been taking them for a couple of years now and have no complaints. My acne has gotten better but I use prescription topicals so I can’t fully attribute that to these. I will say I do notice a slight difference in energy/mood when I don’t take them.
I took this 21st Century prenatal complex with folic acid during my first pregnancy. I started taking it while planning pregnancy and continued through the first trimester. It was gentle on my stomach and had no nausea or unpleasant aftertaste. I liked the overall quality of the product for the price. The ingredients felt well-balanced for basic prenatal support (especially folic acid), and I appreciated that it does not contain iodine. The tablet size is manageable and easy to swallow. Taste is neutral, which made it easy to take daily without any discomfort. My tests were good, the pregnancy went smoothly, and my baby was born healthy. Overall, it was a convenient and affordable option for everyday prenatal support, and I would consider buying it again in my next pregnancy.
I just started taking it can't say much. but it is very good
First time trying this multivitamin for pregnancy, after another pack I had during the first two trimesters ran out... So far everything feels great. This multivitamin has every ingredient you need and everything recommended to consume during pregnancy... without taste or smell. From what I've read and searched, this company is reputable and the product is high quality. I also add Omega 3 separately.
excellent product, good and strong packaging , the quality matches the description, I will still recommend ordering to everyone!!! okay
I've always take PreNatal vitamins as my multivitamin. The extra folic acid helps with hair and nail health. These vitamins are easy to swallow. No negative side effects and no weird taste. I do recommend these daily vitamins to women of all ages.
I purchased a prenatal vitamin from iHerb to support pregnancy/pre-conception and so far I’m pleased with the results. The tablet is clearly labelled, it arrived in good condition, and the brand provided the key nutrients and ingredients I was looking for. Good quality, very effective.
I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins daily, and they’ve made such a positive difference in how I feel. They’re packed with all the essential nutrients — especially folic acid, iron, DHA, and calcium — which support both baby’s development and overall maternal health. My energy levels have been more stable, my hair and nails feel stronger, and I’ve noticed fewer issues with fatigue.
